We offer a 1-year limited warranty starting from your installation completion date. You'll get the full warranty breakdown when we sign the contract. One important note: our warranty only covers projects we install ourselves - because we control the quality from shop to installation.

We handle space planning, custom cabinet design, and installation with our own in-house team. What we don't do: demo, tear-out, plumbing, or electrical work. But we know who does - and we’ve been collaborating with them for decades to ensure our clients have a seamless experience.

For residential custom cabinets, plan on 8-10 weeks during our slower season, 10-12 weeks when things get busy. Quality takes time, and we'd rather do it right than rush it. We'll give you an accurate timeline when we discuss your specific project.

For larger-scale projects, such as multiple office locations or masterplanned communities, timelines can be longer depending on the scope of the project. For custom cabinets at the commercial level, it’s best to chat with our designers so we can nail down timelines specific to your project.
